SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
• Artists are expected to handle all shipping and transportation to and from the gallery. Pieces must be dropped off at least two weeks before the show and retrieved within one week of the show’s conclusion, unless otherwise communicated. Individual shipping instructions will be given. We are not responsible for any abandoned works past that point.
• Accepted works must be displayed for the full duration of the show. Depending on installation progress, late works may be returned with a bill for shipping cost. Please promptly communicate any delays.
• Submissions must include an artist’s statement. Write it as you wish, and do employ passion.
• Digital works (excluding video) must be printed for physical display.
• Do not direct questions, concerns, or other communications to the submissions email. Instead, contact info@hudsonmillinerartsalon.com.
