TERMS & CONDITIONS

 TOURS & SITE VISITS: Tours of the space are available Saturdays and Sundays 12-6pm. If you are unable to visit on weekends please contact info@hudsonmillinerartsalon.com to schedule a visit.

EVENT MANAGEMENT & Vendors: We do not provide on-site management for your event. No preferred vendors: bring in any caterer or vendor (with the proper permits and licenses), and no time restrictions: you decide what time your events start and end. No Event Coordination Staff is included with the rental.

PAYMENTS: One third of the site fee is required at booking and the remaining half is due 30 days prior to event.

HOLDS & DEPOSIT: Your dates are confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and first payment.

LIABILITY INSURANCE: Clients are responsible for securing event insurance for their event. For weddings, we recommend WedSafe.
